Luce & Forma was co‑founded by Amy Mbagwu‑Bagolini, CEO, a media and advertising executive who has scaled $1B+ businesses, and Luigi Bagolini, CCO, an Italian sculptor, painter, PhD, and expert in Italian Medieval and Modern Art. One brings the commercial rigor of scaling global media enterprises; the other brings the lived experience of a working artist and scholar. Together, they unite business architecture and artistic insight to redefine how careers are built.
